Welcome to the AYGET? Food and Herb blog! We’re excited about sharing recipes  and information about herbs and of course hearing your feedback. While many of the recipes in the AYGET? blog will be vegan-vegetarian, some of them will be baked or lightly fried. There are folks out there are trying to make the transition to vegetarian or vegan or have more of these types of foods in their diet, and it’s not easy.
